We use information to run accounts, confirm email addresses, check listing ownership, publish and maintain the directory, process orders, provide purchased benefits, generate requested materials, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and maintain service records. Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, these purposes are supported by performing a contract or taking steps you request, complying with legal obligations, protecting the service and users through legitimate interests, or consent where required.

OpenAI supports Event Scout and image generation. Text features may use OpenAI or, where configured, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude. Event descriptions, audiences and image inputs can be part of a request. Do not include confidential personal information in generation instructions. Provider processing is subject to the applicable provider’s terms and data practices. Account verification and publication rules can be applied automatically; you can contact the site team for a review.

Hosting, email delivery, AI generation and any payment services configured on this site process information needed to provide their functions. Checkout identifies the payment method or provider used for your transaction. Some records may need to remain after an account closes; backup copies are removed through the backup retention cycle. Service providers may process data in other countries.
