These can include your name, email address, organizer details, event content, public contact details, billing information and messages. Support requests may include the event or order you select and up to two images. Only provide information and images needed for your request.

This can include organizer names, event dates, locations, descriptions and public links. Published listings and profile information are public. We use information to run accounts, confirm email addresses, check listing ownership, publish and maintain the directory, process orders, provide purchased benefits, generate requested materials, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and maintain service records. Required fields let us perform the requested action; without them, we may be unable to create your account, complete an order or answer your message. Where data protection law requires a lawful basis, these purposes are supported by performing a contract or taking steps you request, complying with legal obligations, protecting the service and users through legitimate interests, or consent where required.

Provider processing is subject to the applicable provider’s terms and data practices. Account verification and publication rules can be applied automatically; you can contact the site team for a review.

We use permissions and other technical measures to limit access, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Retention depends on whether information is still needed for an active account, a listing, purchased benefits, ongoing support, record-keeping obligations, security or resolving disputes. Some records may need to remain after an account closes; backup copies are removed through the backup retention cycle. Service providers may process data in other countries. You can update account information in your portal and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of personal information. Depending on the law that applies, you may also request a copy in a portable format, restrict processing or withdraw consent.
